Have you watched or read about our Ginger Bread House and Fantasy World visit? If not yet, then please do! :) Weekends seems to be very exciting for us now, and i just concluded recently that most of my followers were looking forward to those Weekend Series. Thank you so much! I'd like to apologize too for not being consistent at all! This is really a struggle on my part, and that i almost wanted to give up. But, naahh! I am not.
Hello lovelies! Grabe, February na pala! And until now, hindi parin mag sink-in sa akin na natapos na ang one month ng ganon kabilis! How fast time flies, feeling ko wala man lang ako na-accomplish! Lol!
If you'll notice the title of my new blog, it's all about "What I Wore?" No, this is not a new category, but just a revision of my former outfit-of-the-day blogs that i wasn't able to update on a regular basis. Why? Because first, i can't find time. Second, i'm having a hard time posting about what i wear regularly because, yes, admit it, time consuming din ang magpapicture every now and then lalo na kapag nag-mamadali di ba? (yung mga hindi busy at priority mag-flaunt ng #ootd, clap clap clap!) And third, wala akong maisip na title for every single #ootd post! So i came up with the idea of revising the Mommy Fashion and Style category into #WIW (uy, new hashtag! short for "What I Wore") So maybe, since i made it simpler na, i hope i can do a regular entry for this category.
Hello there lovelies! It's been a while since I last updated this blog and it feels like ages since I last posted about some topics on style and #ootd's. Life's been busy as a bee and with all the sooo many to-do list, I intended to set aside this page for a while. Not until today, and early this month, that I get to realize that, nah, this page has been my creative release and I wanted to write everything here. I feel like de-stressing from all the chaos of life and this is my happy place, so please, welcome me back! :D
The summer heat is on! Can you feel it? I've been quite skeptical to go out these days due to the scorching sun. In fact, I've been staying indoors most of the time and yet i still sweat even without heavy work and it's quite uncomfortable. But that doesn't mean i hate summer! In fact, summer is one of my favorite season, not just because it's beach time, but because i get to play with summer colors, and light and comfy summer dresses. And i would love to share one here!
Thanks goodness! Summer school break was extended up to the last week of June and it means more time with the kids and the family. We welcomed the month with a short getaway to the islands of Boracay and it has been a relief seeing a new place, having some dose of vitamin sea, while enjoying it with a group of happy people. Talking about summer and my pregnancy journey, one of the perks of having a baby bump over this season is dressing up and flaunting that belly without any hesitation. I love it more that i can show off my big belly rather than flaunting a flat tummy or bikini body.
Welcome to another #ootd series!
Finally, after some time, i was able to update this very challenging category of mine. Challenging, not because i lack some inspirations and wardrobe essentials but rather, it's really a challenge for me to come up with nicely done photographs. If only i can do it all by myself. I am seriously in need of a photographer this time!:)
Have you noticed that fashion trends are repetitive? Looking back at photos of my mom in the 60's and 70's, I've seen quite a number of wide leg pants that she used to wear during her youth days. Not the flared jeans or bell bottom pants but those loose, flowing and stylish pants that are just so pretty like maxi skirts. Palazzo pants are head-turner these days and they are just gorgeous!
Hello there lovelies!
Today, allow me to introduce the newest category in this blogosphere of mine (drum roll, please)! Fashion and Style by Mommy Queenelizabeth is a page which will feature my occasional "Outfit of the Day" in the intent to encourage other women, specially MOMS, to dress up and look fabulous regardless of age and size. Take note: Style and being fashion-ate doesn't have to be expensive at all!
