Hello there! How's everybody doing? Did i hear great? Then good for you!
As much i wanted to sound like happy and energetic on this post, i actually feel sleepy, lonely and tired. Well, maybe it's because of the gloomy weather! It's been raining (as of this writing) and im pretty sure everyone else can relate to the bedly weather mood. It's lethal! I've been a couch potato for like 3 days now due to the weather BUT i still manage to do some workouts in between, then back to position! LOL!
Sometimes i'm irresponsible, i book hotels or accommodations a few hours before check-in. Have you tried? I'd experience it for like twice or thrice already in my life. That moment when you were undecided wether to stay in a hotel or drive yourself back home. Not a good idea, but quite smart too, as long as you have reliable wifi or mobile data connection, a responsive booking site like Agoda and an overnight suitcase readily available at the back of your car.
Hey there! It's Betchie and welcome to another weekend! :)
That's pretty much the lines i'm getting used to, these days, when i started vlogging! Admittedly, i feel "trying hard" because i am very far from those Vloggers/Youtubers out there who's been in the industry for like ages. I hate my diction, my voice, and most of the time, nagba-buffering yung brain cells ko.LOL! But I'm trying. And i just love doing it, kase nakaka-happy!
"Better to see and experience something once than to hear about it a thousand times."
This saying perfectly defines my love for adventure - outdoors, leisure, the beach, the sun and everything that is fun and worth remembering. I'm a self-proclaimed member of the YOLO (You Only Live Once) Squad! A statement which, for me, basically means to go out, explore and enjoy life while creating a treasure trove of memories that you can look back when you're old and gray.
Hey! Here's another (long overdue) weekend series i had with my kids. Last February 17, 2019 on a fine sunny weekend we were out and about again for some funaway and i decided to visit Marian Orchard at Balete Batangas after church. Sometimes, thinking about where to bring the kids is a struggle. As much as possible, despite the fact that going out these days is very costly, i want them to explore outside. It is my way of controlling their screentime by encouraging them to enjoy the outdoors, play in the grounds, appreciate nature, interact with people, walk and become active, and create memories.
Buti na lang it's Monday the 13th not Friday the 13th! :D
Earlier this year we celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary and it was just a whole day well spent with the husband strolling around the city of Tagaytay [again]. Hindi halatang favorite ko ang Tagaytay ano? I used to book a staycation or a trip abroad or an out of town to celebrate our previous anniversaries, but this year i didn't make any major plans to celebrate. It's not because it isn't special anymore but because - nag-titipid kami! Lol! Kidding aside, maybe it was adulting that made me realize that sometimes the best way to celebrate an special occassion is to just wake up, take a bath, dress up, get in the car, and drive somewhere together without having any solid plans of where to go, where to eat and what to do.
A week ago i attended a Women's Day Out event in the local church that i belong to and during the table discussion with other women moms we picked questions and tried to answer it. One of the questions i picked was, "What is your favorite me time?"
As promised, here's the second installment of our Weekend Series #2!
Do you know that there's a place where Christmas is celebrated the whole year? And i love it how cute and artsy every corner of this house is. The Ginger Bread House located at Alfonso, Cavite is a place where you can feed your senses with Christmas vibes all year round. The chilly weather of Tagaytay makes you want to embrace the coolness of December anytime of the year. The colorful surroundings is already a feast for the eyes. The smell of freshly baked breads will make you crave for some. And their delectable food served inside the Ginger Bread House itself is but a treat for the growling tummies!
Hello there! Welcome to another weekend which was long overdue! Hahaha! This new episode on my Youtube Channel was filmed last January 20, 2019 and my apologies for the late posting! As you all know, the first month of the year is always hectic with so many deadlines to meet and so many planning to do!
Glad i was able to slowly finish one at a time and so here i am again, writing in my online journal about our weekend wanders as a sort of entertainment while creating or documenting memories with my family.
Hola! I'm back with some good news. Well, good news for my avid followers (wow ha, parang ang dami!) and maybe bad news for my bashers (hello sa inyo! i know you're still watching and reading my v/blogs!). Well, If not for the both of them, my social media presence, ranking and monetizing would have not been possible, so I love and appreciate both! :)
This is just a quick post about the newest series on my Youtube Channel and of course this blog page, which (i hope) I will be able to update constantly. Maybe not weekly, but atleast once a month.
Hello there lovelies! It's been a while since I last updated this blog and it feels like ages since I last posted about some topics on style and #ootd's. Life's been busy as a bee and with all the sooo many to-do list, I intended to set aside this page for a while. Not until today, and early this month, that I get to realize that, nah, this page has been my creative release and I wanted to write everything here. I feel like de-stressing from all the chaos of life and this is my happy place, so please, welcome me back! :D
Welcome to this lifestyle diary where i am sharing a portion of my life. My quest for new knowledge, my gastronomic pursuits, my occasional explorations, the spontaneous joys of my motherhood, my journey in the married life and my walk with Christ. Call me Betchie!
