WHAT I WORE: Modern Kimono and some Cherry Blossoms

Regardless of the time or day of the week or the season of the year; playsuits, rompers or jumpsuits has always been one of my favorite closet staples. I really don't know why, but i love it! I am  such a fan of it and i feel so comfortable wearing it. I feel like I'm inching down a little specially for playsuits.

Last year, i hoarded quite a few pieces of this kind because of some casual occassions lined up on my schedule. Most of my playsuits or jumpsuits or rompers (whatever! because they all look the same) are from different clothing brands. Basta pag may nakita ako and i love the color and fitting, i get it! Then i keep it muna! Lol! But most of the new designs and prints i have to date is from Plains and Prints.

I love that most of their suit-type dresses or clothing has perfect fit and a unique style and print. This modern kimono-type playsuit is a head-turner. I don't know if they laugh about it or they admire it but most of the time, i get compliments from friends about how cute and unique this style is.

I personally love the Sakura (Cherry Blossom) prints. It reminds me of winter and a place where kimonos are famous and symbolic. The color is an all time favorite too! Had I not told you before that i love wearing red on Mondays? Well, sometimes i am not that consistent, but yes, Mondays are supposedly for red bright colors. It gives me an aura of positivity and abundant vibes which help me get through the whole week successfully.

I wore this twice or maybe thrice already, if i remember it right. One on a regular Sunday, second was during the influencer's event with Downy and third was during my birthday. I only pair it with light color accessories like shoes and bag because the color is powerful already.

Playsuits are supposedly short sleeves, but the 3/4's sleeve here is a plus point because it helped me hide my huge arms giving me a taller and slimmer look too. The wrap design with a tie-side ribbon flatters my not so sexy curves (Lol!), and it's basically what i look for in a dress- it must deliver style, comfort and confidence.

The only major let down for this kind of dress or clothing is that when you pee or use the toilet you need to take it all off because it's a one full cover all, unlike top and bottom types which you can just pull down the bottom. But over all, i love it just the way it is!

By the way, my hair is still long in this photos and i was thinking of having that long or longer hair once again. :)
So what do you think about this modern kimono playsuit? Is it yay or nay? Would love to read your thoughts!
